**The indicated potential savings represent a range that was determined from previous consultations to be achievable. The specific dollar savings that any client homeowner or business owner actually achieves will depend upon a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: the part of the country or world in which they live; the size of their property; how much energy and water they currently use; their local utility rate structures; the types of fuel, appliances, and heating and cooling systems that they have; the extent to which they already have made green improvements to their home or workplace; and their diligence in implementing and maintaining the Certified Green Consultant's recommendations. The Eco Institution does not guarantee any specific energy, water, or dollar savings under any circumstances.

***Certified Green Consultants can establish different fees (and time allotments) for different size residential and commercial properties, if they so choose. For instance, for residences, they might charge: (1) $149 (one-time survey) and $249 (annual plan) for homes up to 3,000 square feet; (2) $199 and $349 for homes between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet; and (3) $249 and $449 for homes larger than 5,000 square feet. Likewise, for workplaces, they might charge: (1) $199 (one-time survey) and $349 (annual plan) for workplaces up to 5,000 square feet; (2) $299 and $449 for workplaces between 5,000 and 7,500 square feet; and (3) $399 and $549 for workplaces larger than 10,000 square feet. As indicated above, these are illustrative fee schedules only, and Certified Green Consultants are free to establish whatever fee structure and cut-off points they might desire.

green home improvements services to residential and business clients. Among the
services that Certified consultants can provide are as follow.

Green Home Improvements Serices - saving Green by Living Green

Help residential clients discover new ways to immediately cut their residential energy and water costs with a customized, one-on-one "Green Home Inspection."

This 90-minute, 35-point Green Home Inspection is designed to identify unneeded energy and water use in your clients' homes, and to recommend simple, low-cost steps to save them up to 10% to 30% on their residential energy and water bills.**

An annual package of four residential visits (one per season), including one full, 90-minute Green Home Inspection and three 60-minute Green Home Updates, designed to:

(1) make sure the client's home is energy- and water-ready for each season
(2) diagnose and repair energy- and water-related problems
(3) research and assist in the purchase of energy- and water-saving devices and appliances
(4) help to identify and screen local green contractors for larger jobs, like insulation and
solar panel installation, requiring professional specialists.
